The Hugh Sawrey Limited Edition Prints
are the first release of authorised Hugh Sawrey prints since the late ’90s and have been produced using the highest quality inks and canvas, ensuring a superb product that is sure to be enjoyed for years to come. The reproductions are created with HP Vivera pigment ink which have have an exceptional fade resistance of over 200 years on to a 100% cotton canvas with a traditional course weave that can be stretched over much sharper stretcher bars then a regular cotton/polyester product. We also offer 5 additional prints on paper which are old releases. Three of these works including The Plainsman and His Wife, The Old Greenhide Quart Pot Pouch and Discussing Tactics are signed and numbered by Hugh Sawrey.
Prints on canvas released after 2010 (thus excluding historic editions on paper) are stamped, signed and numbered by Hugh Sawrey’s son Anthony as the official representative of the Sawrey estate, and come with an authenticity certificate with the edition number, dimensions and title (Older prints on paper do not come with any additional certificate).
